Job description

The Procurement Client Experience Lead serves as a trusted advisor to internal clients, aligning the employer’s capabilities with their strategic goals to deliver impactful outcomes. They coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery and strengthen internal relationships to drive value and growth. Key duties include delivering a reliable internal procurement experience, identifying service improvement opportunities, attracting and developing talent, overseeing category to contract execution, supporting procurement for ventures and acquisitions, and managing accounts payable. They also ensure alignment with local and global stakeholder expectations, manage supplier performance and risk, drive financial efficiency, and enable the transition to Intelligent Operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing key internal or external client relationships with a strong track record of delivery satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes including cost savings and value creation in complex service delivery environments
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of commercial models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C‑level governance
• Experience working in matrixed global organizations with shared services models
• Recognized leadership in people development, team building, and fostering inclusive environments
• 10+ years of operational and strategic experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management
• Proficiency in category management, planning, and reporting
• Experience developing sourcing strategies, supplier selection, RFx execution, and strategic negotiation
• Ability to manage contracts, risks, and supplier performance
• Capability to improve purchasing operations and apply global and regional procurement frameworks
• Experience leading and managing teams, workforce planning, and talent development
• Ability to drive transformation to Intelligent Operations and implement digital tools.
