Mifzza submits job applications on your behalf: it parses your CV, tailors it to each job, generates a cover letter, and sends applications to employers from a professional email address. The platform operates only with the information you provide and never fabricates experience, qualifications, or requirements that are not in your original CV.
Payments are currently accepted by bank transfer and are activated after confirmation by the administration. Invoices are issued for every payment (subscription, top-up, or upgrade).
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no new amounts are charged. You can also delete your account yourself at any time using the "Delete my account" button in the Settings page (per the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law). If you have an active paid subscription, the default is that your account stays until your paid period ends and is then deleted fully and automatically with no step needed from you, or you may choose immediate deletion with your subscription cancelled. Afterwards we only keep a minimal accounting record of the invoice (number, amount, date, status, plan) with no data identifying you, for the period required by financial regulations · details in the Privacy Policy.
Mifzza is a submission and preparation tool. We do not guarantee interviews or job offers · hiring decisions belong exclusively to employers. Platform liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the platform. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
