By registering on Mifzza (mifzza.com) you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Mifzza submits job applications on your behalf: it parses your CV, tailors it to each job, generates a cover letter, and sends applications to employers from a professional email address. The platform operates only with the information you provide and never fabricates experience, qualifications, or requirements that are not in your original CV.

2. Your responsibilities

• All information in your CV must be true and owned by you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.
• You may not use the platform for fraudulent, spam, or unlawful purposes.

3. Subscription & quota

• Plans (Nidaa / Darb / Wasl) are prepaid subscriptions with a monthly application quota.
• Unused quota expires when the subscription period ends; it does not roll over.
• Top-up credit is tied to the same subscription period.
• Your CV is locked for the duration of the subscription and cannot be replaced.

4. Payments

Payments are currently accepted by bank transfer and are activated after confirmation by the administration. Invoices are issued for every payment (subscription, top-up, or upgrade).

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no new amounts are charged. The service keeps sending applications until the period ends.

6. Limitation of liability

Mifzza is a submission and preparation tool. We do not guarantee interviews or job offers — hiring decisions belong exclusively to employers. Platform liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the platform. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
