Mifzza (mifzza.com) is a smart job-application platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Career data: the CV file you upload (PDF/Word) and its parsed content, your professional field, and your application preferences.
• Usage data: applications submitted through the platform, quota usage, invoices, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

2. How we use your data

• Uploading your CV to employer portals and job boards on your behalf.
• Tailoring your CV and generating cover letters per job using automated analysis.
• Sending your applications from a dedicated professional email address assigned to you.
• Tracking employer replies and producing your application reports.
• Billing, subscription management, and fraud prevention.

3. Lawful basis and consent

Processing is based on your explicit consent when you register and upload your CV. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account; copies already submitted to employers cannot be recalled.

4. Sharing

Your CV and application data are shared only with the employers you apply to through the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is hosted on secured servers and access is restricted to the platform administrators.

5. Retention

Your CV stays available to you for the whole subscription period and remains accessible in read-only mode after the subscription ends. Deleting your account removes your CV and personal data from our active systems.

6. Your rights

• Access your data and receive a copy.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and CV.
• File a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), stored with access controls, and backed up regularly. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you through the platform or your registered email.
