Supply Chain Specialist

Job description

Monitoring and coordinating supply chain operations from procurement to delivery. Coordinating with suppliers and tracking purchase requests and delivery schedules. Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring material and product availability based on operational needs. Overseeing shipping, transportation, and storage operations, ensuring compliance with timelines. Analyzing inventory and delivery data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions. Monitoring supplier performance and evaluating the quality of products and services provided. Coordinating with purchasing departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Preparing regular reports related to inventory, delivery, costs, and performance metrics. Contributing to the development of operational procedures and enhancing supply chain efficiency. Addressing challenges related to delays or inventory shortages in coordination with relevant parties

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in supply chain or logistics services
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems is preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail in data monitoring
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate with various suppliers and departments.
