Job description

Manage construction contracts and engineering disputes by drafting and reviewing contracts, following cases and uploading them to the Khibrat platform. Provide legal advice to the company on construction matters and handle technical reports from judicial experts. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and laws

Requirements

• Experience in the legal field with focus on construction contracts and engineering disputes
• thorough knowledge of the Khibrat platform and its workflow
• familiarity with government procurement and competition law and FIDIC conditions
• knowledge of Saudi Building Code, municipal and judicial regulations
• ability to draft and review contracts and negotiation memoranda accurately
