About the role the employer is looking for a legal specialist to join its team. This full-time role aims to provide legal support to clients and entities on various matters, from drafting documents to mediating disputes and monitoring the implementation of legal rulings. The role requires 0 to 1 year of experience. Main tasks and responsibilities: Qualify applications and evaluate available legal options. Conduct research into data related to cases, case law, and relevant legal legislation. Assisting clients and establishments in drafting legal opinions, written memorandums, and other legal memorandums. Preparing various legal documents such as wills, bonds, and contracts. Conduct comprehensive legal research and review legal documents to address important issues. Reviewing commercial facility contracts to identify potential risks and monitoring the implementation of legal provisions. Qualifications and Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a relevant legal field. Ability to conduct legal research and analyze information effectively. Excellent skills in drafting legal documents and memos. Required Skills Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Accuracy and attention to detail in all legal tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment Headquarters are located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
