About the Role the employer is looking for a Commercial Controller to join its team in Riyadh. This role aims to develop and implement trade control objectives, ensure compliance with regulations and prices, evaluate the extent of traders’ compliance, in addition to investigating violations and preparing the necessary reports. Main tasks and responsibilities: Developing the main objectives of commercial control and implementing plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving these objectives. Determine the specifications, standards and quality levels required for various businesses and business processes. Conducting inspection tours of markets, shops, and food production and processing stores. Verifying commercial licenses and monitoring the extent of compliance with approved prices and the extent to which the offered goods conform to the specified specifications. Ensuring that merchants implement all regulations and decisions related to conducting trade business and communicating with them to enhance their understanding and inform them of all developments. Investigate violations when they occur and take approved legal measures in accordance with established policies and regulations. Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work reports. Qualifications and Experience: 0-1 year experience in a related field. Ability to understand and apply business regulations and systems. Work location and type The work is based in Riyadh, and it is a full-time position.
