About the employer Middle East Mattress Factory Company, the exclusive license holder for the employer mattresses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East and North Africa region, operates through an advanced manufacturing and administrative facility. The company operates a diverse workforce dedicated to producing premium bedding systems using world-class comfort technology. HR Supervisor Role the employer is looking for a highly organized and compliant HR Supervisor to oversee the day to day HR operations. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, this role serves as the primary operational link between plant management, administrative staff and employees. The primary focus is to ensure absolute compliance with Saudi Labor Law, comprehensively manage employee workflow, maintain accurate data in Odoo ERP, and drive local talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions and policy inquiries, ensuring all internal regulations are in strict compliance with the updated Saudi Labor Law. Overseeing government relations operations, including timely updates to the Muqeem, Quwa, Social Insurance and Madad platforms, and monitoring Saudization categories to achieve optimal compliance. Manage HR modules within Odoo ERP, oversee accurate updating of digital employee files, create contracts, trial evaluations, vacation balances, and leaves of absence. Coordinate with accounting department to get accurate inputs for monthly payroll (via Odoo /Modad), tracking daily employee attendance, shift changes, plant employee overtime calculations, and penalties. Oversee local hiring lines, screen resumes, conduct interviews for technical positions, management positions, and manage onboarding and structural training for new employees. Oversee the processing, renewal and tracking of transfers of residencies, visas and health insurance for expatriate factory employees. Qualifications and Experience Experience in the field of human resources. Demonstrate understanding and application of Saudi labor law. - Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically Odoo, to manage HR data. Experience in dealing with government platforms such as Muqeem, Quwa, Social Insurance, and Madad. Job Type and Location This is a full-time position based in, Saudi Arabia
