Due to continuous growth, our client, a leading real estate development institution in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced talent acquisition director to lead and develop their internal recruitment function. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a talent acquisition specialist who has successfully built and led high-performing recruitment teams while remaining hands-on in delivering key and high-profile appointments. You will work closely with the executive leadership to develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and secures exceptional talent across corporate, technical, and leadership roles

Requirements

• Saudi National
• extensive leadership experience in internal talent acquisition
• proven operational recruitment experience and comprehensive recruitment management across a large organization
• track record of recruiting senior leaders and executive-level talent
• experience in real estate, master plan development, construction, infrastructure, or other large-scale development environments
• excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership
• experience leading and developing high-performing talent acquisition teams
• Excel
