A the employer is seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR Manager to work at its headquarters. The main tasks and responsibilities include developing HR strategies and internal policies, managing administrative processes and official government platforms, overseeing the employer, workforce planning, and achieving required localization ratios

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field
• experience in HR, with at least two years in a leadership/management position
• proficiency in Saudi labor laws and professional handling of government platforms and cloud systems
• strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and crisis management
• negotiation of employment agreements
