Job description

Develop and implement the HR strategy for the assigned unit in line with Group HR strategy and long‑term business objectives. Contribute to functional strategy formation through specialist expertise and insights. Analyze external developments and emerging issues and assess their impact. Conduct complex HR data analyses to identify trends and provide insights that boost employee engagement and business performance. Draft HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, onboarding, offboarding, and talent retention while ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. Provide specialist advice on policy interpretation and resolve queries. Communicate the local action plan, linking it to function strategy and organizational vision, and motivate employees to achieve goals. Develop and monitor procedures to ensure effective implementation. Manage budgets or perform complex budget analyses to meet financial targets. Develop and test HR data collection forms to capture relevant information. Identify individual development needs within the team and implement capability‑building actions. Deliver training or coaching to improve performance and realize potential. Set and achieve performance objectives using the performance management system. Manage workstreams or small projects within transformation programs, ensuring integration with related initiatives and fostering change acceptance. Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion directives using precise, descriptive language for tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• experience in dealing with various situations and advising others
• managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes
