A Human Resources Operations Specialist is responsible for executing and facilitating day-to-day HR administrative processes within organizations in the Saudi labor market, including personnel management and compliance with the Saudi Labor Law. They manage employee data, recruitment procedures, attendance records, and support the implementation of internal company policies. This role ensures full compliance with local regulations such as the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in (MIS Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources)
• At least two years of experience in the field of human resources operations and data management
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• English language, spoken and written, with accuracy, organizational skills, and a commitment to strict confidentiality
