Distinctive Human Resources Manager (HR Director) One of the leading companies in the contracting sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announces its need to fill a position: Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Practical experience in the field of human resources. Proven experience in the contracting and construction sector. Experience in human resources management for organizations with more than 20,000 employees. Holds accredited professional certificates in human resources, such as: CIPD SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP CEHRM (additional advantage): Full knowledge of: The Saudi labor system and its implementing regulations. Systems of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Social insurance systems. Qawi platform, Madad platform, and Muqeem platform. Experience in: strategic human resources planning. Preparing organizational structures and job descriptions. Performance management and talent development. Compensation and benefits. Employee relations and administrative investigations. Saudization and compliance with regulations. Change management and institutional transformation. High leadership skills and the ability to manage large, multi-site work teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and implement a human resources strategy in line with company objectives. Leading recruitment, recruitment, development and succession processes. Ensure full compliance with all government rules and regulations. Developing human resources policies and procedures. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve human capital efficiency. Supervising human resources budgets. Supporting executive management in strategic decisions related to human resources. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Type L Job: Full time
