We are seeking an HR leader with vision and experience to contribute to building a high-performance work environment and supporting growth and expansion plans. Job responsibilities include overseeing and developing HR processes, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, developing policies and procedures and overseeing their implementation, monitoring HR performance indicators and reporting to the executive management, overseeing development and training programs and enhancing job engagement, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent
• practical experience in the field of Human Resources
• familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• high leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• proficiency in using HR systems and software
• negotiation of employment agreements
