Asset Management Lead

At Air Products we reimagine what’s possible. The Asset Management Lead ensures stable revenue, contractual compliance, and commercial performance of BHIG operating assets. Partners with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, JV partners and external stakeholders to maximize asset profitability, ensure accurate billing and collections, manage contracts and support future growth. Engages with internal teams and external parties in account governance, reporting and compliance. Drives asset efficiency, productivity, and digital process standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Legal or related field
• Master's preferred
• 5-7 years experience in commercial, contract management, asset management or business roles within energy, industrial gases, petrochemicals, oil & gas or utilities
