Legal Professional (Mid-Senior Level)

Job description

the employer is seeking Legal Professionals for the Eastern Province. Responsibilities include providing commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders or clients, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documents, supporting matters in corporate/commercial, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, governance, procurement, real estate or projects, conducting legal risk assessments and recommending mitigations, managing external counsel and budgets, supporting dispute management and documentation, contributing to compliance programs and internal controls, maintaining accurate and confidential records, collaborating with HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations and Project teams to improve legal processes, supporting governance documentation and mentoring junior colleagues
