Associate HR Analyst

Job description

the employer is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate HR Analyst to join the team. The role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to drive informed decision-making and optimize HR initiatives. The position supports the development and execution of HR strategies using data-driven insights and operational expertise, guiding decisions in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis on metrics such as recruitment, retention, and performance management. Preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards for HR leadership. Supporting the team in identifying improvement areas and developing data-backed recommendations. Assisting in managing HR surveys while ensuring data accuracy. Collaborating with other departments to gather data. Maintaining accurate databases and records of HR metrics. Assisting in developing and implementing HR analytics tools and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function (fresh graduates with strong analytical or organizational experience such as student leadership or finance internships are encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits Support
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR analytics software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data insights effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team
