Job description

Responsible for supporting large‑scale organizational transformation by ensuring successful adoption of new business processes, systems and organizational changes. Tasks include developing and implementing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and creating effective communication plans that raise awareness, understanding and adoption of change initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, project teams and subject‑matter experts to reduce resistance, improve employee readiness and ensure successful delivery of transformation programs
