About the Role the employer is looking for an experienced Warehouse Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations of a client's manufacturing facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on maintaining efficient and accurate material flow within the warehouse. Role Overview The Warehouse Storekeeper will be responsible for supervising all aspects of warehouse management, from receiving materials to dispatching. This includes ensuring proper storage, handling and accuracy of inventory, as well as maintaining detailed records and adhering to safety standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth running of the facility's materials management operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of materials. Conduct regular periodic counts and inventory reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy. - Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in accordance with warehouse procedures. Follow warehouse safety standards and maintain an organized work environment. Updating warehouse inventory records and transactions using SAP. Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports using Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications and Experience 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse storekeeper or similar role. Knowledge of warehouse use of receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching procedures. Experience in conducting periodic inventory counts and inventory reconciliation. Understand proper material storage and handling standards and warehouse safety standards. Skills and Attributes Good organizational skills and attention to detail. - Efficiency in S Using SAP to manage inventory. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting. Work Environment This full-time position is located in a manufacturing facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in daily warehouse operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
