Our last-mile delivery partners are vital to our service, and we work closely with them to make sure deliveries big and small get where they need to be. As a DA and DSP Experience Specialist, you will build communications, help partners put processes in place for effective delivery, and iron out any issues they encounter, all with the goal of creating a successful partnership for many years. You'll leverage multiple listening channels to prioritize expertise, consolidate feedback, and work cross-functionally to address key improvement opportunities. You will also conduct roundtable meetings with partners to keep a finger on the pulse of sentiment. Key Job Responsibilities - Gather and analyze insights from multiple listening channels to prioritize expertise, then work cross-functionally with Operations, ACES and DEX teams to address structural challenges within existing SLAs. - Be the Voice of DA and DSP at the employer SA A day in the life of you will be resident at one of our locations. Being on-site allows you to stay close to every part of the delivery process and means you have visibility into everything to guide our logistics partners. You will look after all elements of our listening channels and create a leadership path on the key priorities they will need to address. About the Team the employer Logistics, or AMZL, handles "last mile" delivery fees on an equal footing partnering with third-party distribution companies. We use creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to put millions of physical products into the hands of our customers.
