Warehouse Supervisor

Job description

The role involves overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain activities in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include supervising material receiving, storage and dispatch; maintaining inventory accuracy and investigating discrepancies; preparing inventory and warehouse KPI reports; conducting cycle counts and stock reconciliations; ensuring proper material handling, housekeeping and safety compliance; utilizing SAP to manage warehouse transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain or warehouse management
• Hands‑on SAP experience in warehouse transactions and inventory management
• Experience supervising receiving, storage and dispatch operations
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and cycle counting
• Ability to prepare inventory and warehouse KPI reports
• Understanding of warehouse safety, material handling and housekeeping
• Strong organizational, coordination and problem‑solving skills
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
