The HR Supervisor coordinates and implements human resources policies and procedures within the organization. He/she oversees the HR team, ensures compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and fosters a supportive work environment. The role also involves workforce planning, training program development, and performance evaluation

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
• Qualification: Certified in Human Resources (such as SHRM or HRCI)
