Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

Carries out day-to-day talent acquisition efforts for complex positions across multiple functions in the assigned area. Assists managers in validating position requirements and provides consultative feedback on external labor market conditions, candidate needs, and sourcing and selection strategy. Sets and achieves daily operational objectives impacting the area. Explains facts and policies to internal and external parties and uses influence to introduce new concepts. Corrects issues in existing systems, makes minor changes, and resolves defined problems within a single discipline. Applies advanced theory and principles within the discipline.

• experience in correcting issues and making minor changes in systems
• experience in solving problems within a defined job area
• proficient in applying advanced theory and principles in the discipline
• university degree with at least 1 year experience or 2‑year degree with at least 6 years experience or equivalent combination
