Job description

Manager - Learning & Development at Home Centre, Jeddah, KSA. This role is responsible for delivering appropriate learning interventions, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring for retail, logistics, and support office team members, in addition to supporting ad hoc training design dependent upon the needs of the territory. Key responsibilities include analyzing learning needs, designing and delivering learning and development programs, and providing coaching and feedback to staff. This role requires experience in sales. The Learning & Development Manager works with stakeholders to analyze development needs, plan store visits, design training materials, and deliver training programs. The Learning & Development Manager collaborates with the Content Development team to design learning materials and programs that meet the region's specific needs. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and training skills
