He/she works closely with design and construction teams to evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to achieve cost‑effective and compliant procurement. Typical duties of this profession: • Review technical specifications of materials and equipment required for projects. • Evaluate vendor proposals and select the most suitable technically and financially. • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers. • Monitor material supply and ensure compliance with engineering specifications
