Job description

The role focuses on developing future hospitality leaders through the Voyage training program. The associate works on real hotel operations at a the employer property, attends leadership curriculum, rotates across functions to learn hotel management, contributes to innovation and customer relationship projects, and receives mentorship from senior leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required
• Associate degree acceptable for culinary roles
• superior critical‑thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
• ability to self‑manage and be a self‑starter
• fluency in the local language may be required
• genuine desire for personal and professional growth
• right to work in Saudi Arabia (UAE visa provided if applicable)
