Requirements

• Leadership experience in HR within a luxury hotel, resort or complex hospitality environment
• Proficiency in talent acquisition, employee relations, succession planning, compensation and organizational development
• Deep knowledge of employee development, engagement, wellbeing and inclusion
• Experience in change leadership, developing future leaders and building sustainable talent pipelines
• Collaborative and influential leadership style with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into people strategies delivering tangible results
