the employer’s Voyage Global Leadership Development Program offers recent graduates a full‑time, paid 12‑18 month journey in a the employer‑managed hotel. Participants engage in real‑world assignments, mini‑rotations across hotel functions, and mentorship from senior leaders. They will cultivate customer relationships, champion innovation, manage projects and people, improve processes, and present Voyage projects. The program includes management meetings, global collaboration, and prepares graduates for supervisory or entry‑level management roles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required (Associate degree acceptable for Culinary)
• superior critical‑thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
• ability to self‑manage and be a self‑starter
• fluency in the local language may be required
• genuine desire for personal and professional growth
• right to work in Saudi Arabia (work visa provided for UAE applicants)
