Legal General Counsel - Saudi Arabia ( Short Term : 3 Months)

Job description

the employer seeks an elite Legal General Counsel for a 3‑month interim engagement to architect the legal framework for a major Saudi supply‑chain engine. The interim counsel will lead the legal function, protect commercial and legal interests, ensure operational continuity, and steer regulatory and strategic governance in line with Kingdom laws. Work location is onsite in Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD), LL.M., or equivalent degree from an internationally recognized law school
• 16+ years post‑qualification experience providing high‑level legal counsel in a corporate, top‑tier law firm, government, or private consultancy in Saudi Arabia
• deep knowledge of KSA corporate law, commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation
• expertise in supply chain, logistics, or procurement sectors
• LL.M. from a top‑tier UK or US law school and/or KSA Bar certification preferred
• licensed to practice law by the Saudi Ministry of Justice.
