The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes tailored specifically to the aviation sector, ensuring compliance, employee development, and strategic HR management. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in HR management, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, aviation regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
