Director - Organization Learning

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Learning to lead the development and delivery of the employer’s learning architecture, ensuring learning drives current performance and builds future capabilities. The role reports to the Executive Director - Talent Management and partners with business and HR leaders to align learning with operational priorities, close skill gaps, and embed continuous development. Responsibilities include designing and implementing learning architecture and pathways, establishing learning governance, policies and standards, leading the digital and in‑person learning ecosystem including SuccessFactors and Sana, and designing the future learning organization with a resilient, commercially aware team

Requirements

• 15 years experience in Learning & Development
• at least 8 years experience in a leadership or managerial role
• proven success designing and delivering enterprise learning in complex, fast‑paced environments
• deep understanding of the Saudi learning environment, regulatory and governance requirements
• experience managing internal stakeholders, external providers, budgets and learning investment decisions
• proficient with learning technologies and experience with SuccessFactors and Sana preferred
• experience building internal capability and managing external partnerships
• proficient in using learning analytics and data to improve outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree or advanced HR certifications such as CIPD, ATD, SHRM preferred
• strong knowledge of learning science, adult development principles, and performance‑based learning
• strategic thinker with commercial acumen linking learning to business goals
• proven ability to communicate, engage and influence all organizational levels
• ability to thrive in fast‑moving environments and continuously improve processes
• ability to work independently, lead multiple projects and meet deadlines
• skilled at balancing strategy and delivery with a hands‑on approach
