Job description

Full‑time internship in Human Resources at the global AI company located in Al‑Khabar, Eastern Province. The trainee will manage and organize employee affairs in Saudi market establishments in line with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, recruitment, performance management, and developing work relationships to ensure a motivating and stable environment. The role also supports Saudization and national talent development in line with Vision 2030 objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and its executive regulations
• high communication and negotiation skills
