About the Role the employer is looking for a Human Resources Development Manager to join its team. The incumbent of this role participates in setting goals and plans related to human resources development, and oversees performance management, training and development activities, as well as competency frameworks, career path planning and succession programmes. The role aims to ensure operations run as efficiently and effectively as possible. Main tasks and responsibilities: Developing the main objectives of the Human Resources Development Department, implementing plans, programs and projects, while ensuring that there are accurate measures to achieve these objectives. Developing detailed plans and programs for developing human resources, including performance management, talent training and development, career path programs, and replacement and succession programs, and following up on their implementation. Supervising the implementation of the performance management system in all its stages, directing the process of identifying employees’ training needs and preparing annual training plans, and ensuring the effectiveness of training and learning methods in coordination with managers of organizational units. Determine the needs of the Human Resources Development Department in terms of financial and human resources and administrative requirements necessary to implement the various development processes. Supervising the preparation of summaries and reports related to human resources development processes, presenting them to senior management, and informing them of challenges and developments. Experience Requirements This role requires experience ranging from in a field related to human resources development or performance management. Work Environment: Full-time position, Saudi Arabia.
