About the Role the employer is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join its team. This full-time role focuses on conducting specialized studies and analyzes to develop plans for recruiting expatriate workers, and defining and implementing regulations for professions restricted to Saudis. The role requires experience ranging from within the field. Main tasks and responsibilities: Conduct specialized studies and analyzes to develop plans for recruiting expatriate workers, and review and update them in accordance with the requirements of the labor market. Defining and implementing regulations for professions restricted to Saudis to ensure compliance with the regulations. Analyzing data and information related to recruitment to identify problems and challenges, reveal their causes, and suggest appropriate solutions. Studying recruitment applications submitted by government agencies, employers, or individuals, and making decisions regarding them based on the relevant Saudi laws. Providing clear justifications for rejecting recruitment applications, and providing applicants with corrective solutions that may help in accepting their applications in the future. Preparing specialized documents and reports related to recruitment, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions, displaying them and saving them in the database in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience Practical experience ranging from in the field of recruitment or human resources. Ability to conduct specialized studies and analyses. A good understanding of Saudi laws and regulations related to recruitment and work. Required Skills Strong analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions. Ability to make decisions based on available information and regulations. Excellent communication skills to provide justifications and solutions to providers Requests. Ability to prepare professional reports and documents. Work Environment: The recruitment specialist works within a specialized team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
