About the Role the employer is looking for a Labor Investigator to join its team. This role aims to conduct specialized studies and analyzes on various functional works to identify violations and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. This position is full-time and requires 0 to 1 year of experience. Main tasks and responsibilities: Take notes related to various works and save them in an organized manner for easy reference when needed. Ensuring the implementation of policies, procedures and systems followed in the field of work and adhering to them. Conducting investigations, collecting information, conducting interviews, asking questions, and providing evidence to prove data and information in cooperation and coordination with the concerned authorities. Responding to concerned questions and inquiries, clarifying labor violations, and resolving disputes. Providing the necessary recommendations and ensuring the availability of all analyzes and logical justifications supporting the results. Preparing specialized documents and reports related to the labor investigation and providing appropriate recommendations and solutions. Display and clarify reports and save them in its database in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Preparing employment agreements. Qualifications and Experience 0 to 1 year experience in a related field. Ability to conduct specialized studies and analyses. Excellent information gathering and interviewing skills. Ability to prepare professional reports and documents. The work environment is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time within a specialized team aimed at achieving regulatory compliance and resolving labor disputes efficiently.
