About the Role the employer is looking for a Human Resources Control Specialist to join its team. This full-time role focuses on studying specialized practices in the field of HR oversight and preparing documents and reports related to this area. Objective of the Job The Human Resources Control Specialist aims to analyze and evaluate human resources processes to ensure compliance with approved systems and regulations, and to develop work methods in line with the latest developments in this field. The role also includes studying international experiences to benefit from them in improving performance. Main responsibilities Study and analyze international experiences and practices in the field of human resources control, and provide recommendations for adopting the best modern methods. Study and analyze the implemented human resources processes, such as recruitment, transfer and promotions, and evaluate the extent of their compliance with the regulations established in coordination with the relevant departments. Analyze and review human resources processes to ensure compliance with approved systems, regulations and procedures. Developing work methods and procedures using modern technologies and keeping pace with developments in the field of human resources control. Preparing specialized documents and reports related to monitoring human resources, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions, and saving them in the designated database in accordance with the approved policies. Qualifications and Experience: Experience ranging in a field related to human resources control. Ability to analyze data and provide reports clearly and accurately. Knowledge of systems and regulations related to human resources. Work Environment This role, a full-time position, is located within a designated company Human Resources team. Requires Aldo Collaborate with various human resources departments and organizational units to ensure the achievement of desired goals.
