About the Role the employer is looking for a Human Resources expert to join its team. The incumbent of this full-time position is responsible for preparing research and studies, and providing advice and recommendations related to human resources procedures and systems, with a focus on monitoring employee attendance and vacation management. Main responsibilities: Preparing specialized research and studies and providing advice and recommendations in the field of human resources operations. Conducting research and studies related to procedures, systems and models for monitoring employee attendance. Contributing to supervising the implementation of sick and emergency leave policies and procedures, and preparing research and recommendations on the implementation of annual, sick, emergency leave policies and other specific leaves. Updating information related to employees and dealing with their complaints and inquiries professionally. Implementing procedures for promotions, secondment, and termination of service in accordance with the approved systems. Recording all employee incidents in accordance with approved systems and procedures. Preparing, presenting and archiving specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations. Qualifications and Experience: Experience ranging from in the field of human resources. Ability to prepare research, studies and provide advice. Good knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, especially regarding leaves and attendance control. Required Skills Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent communication skills to deal with employees and provide advice. Ability to prepare specialized reports and documents. Professionalism in dealing with complaints and inquiries. Work Environment This role is a full time position, Saudi Arabia Recursion. The HR expert will work within a specialized team to support the company's HR operations.
