Role Overview The Restaurant Hostess is responsible for managing reservations and guest flow, ensuring efficient seating and consistently high service standards. This position requires close collaboration with the service team to maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction within a fine dining environment. Key Responsibilities Welcoming guests and ensuring a high quality fine dining experience from their arrival until their departure. Efficiently manage reservations, waitlists and seating arrangements. Coordinate with service staff to improve table availability and guest flow. Assist guests with inquiries, provide menu information, and handle special requests. Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Support restaurant promotions, special events and guest engagement initiatives. Experience and Qualifications Candidates for this position must possess relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale dining or hospitality environment. The role requires strong organizational skills and a customer-focused application Bruch.
