Job description

We are looking for an elegant, poised, and organized host/hostess to be the ultimate guardian of the guest experience. The role requires managing reservations, welcoming guests, and optimizing seating plans. You will be the first point of contact for the restaurant and its face. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain your composure and balance. Tasks include managing waitlists and reservations, providing warm and personalized interactions, and maintaining a clean reception area

Requirements

• Proficient in English
• experience with guest experience
• familiarity with hospitality reservation systems
• elegant, balanced, and highly organized
• additional language skills such as Arabic are a plus
