We are seeking a skilled and experienced PROJECT MANAGER - L to join our dynamic team at ACCC LE SA's DURMA CENTRAL KITCHEN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering, with a proven track record of success in managing and delivering exceptional catering services. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our central kitchen and providing top-notch catering experiences to our clients. • Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery. • Manage and coordinate a team of catering professionals, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff. • Develop and implement catering strategies, menus, and service plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations. • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste management to optimize profitability and sustainability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and preferences. • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and marketing, to ensure a seamless catering experience. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative ideas to enhance our catering services. • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the catering industry, with 2-4 years specifically in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent knowledge of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using catering management software and other relevant technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by catering events.
• Valid food handler's license and any other relevant certifications.
• A passion for delivering exceptional catering experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
