Operations Director - Multi-Venue

Job description

The Operations Director leads the employer’s food and beverage operations across a multi‑site portfolio. Sets revenue growth plans for each venue and develops commercial ideas to boost sales. Accountable for profit and loss, operating standards, guest experience, and compliance. Manages daily venue teams, establishes annual operating plans and budgets, and oversees regular performance reviews. Provides F&B consultancy to clients, conducts feasibility studies and operational recommendations, and engages with clients and stakeholders for reporting. Ensures consistent application of the Operations Manual and policies at all sites

Requirements

• experience leading food and beverage operations
• proficiency in setting revenue growth plans and sales analysis
• knowledge of developing new commercial concepts, menus, and partnerships
• experience in menu engineering and pricing
• proficiency in test‑and‑learn methodology and scaling successful ideas
• knowledge of capacity utilisation and timing optimisation
• proficiency collaborating with marketing and branding teams
• knowledge of tracking competitor activity and translating it into commercial action
• experience managing daily venue teams and standards compliance
• proficiency in creating annual operating plans and budgets
• knowledge of regular performance reviews and comprehensive reporting
• proficiency in stock control and quality assurance
• experience in F&B consultancy and client project design
• knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX feasibility studies
• proficiency working with marketing, finance, and branding teams
• knowledge of improving guest satisfaction and revenue
• experience engaging with clients and delivering periodic reports
• proficiency in stakeholder relationship management and compliance monitoring
• knowledge of monitoring third‑party operator performance and corrective actions
• proficiency in applying the Operations Manual and policies uniformly
