UI/UX Specialist

We deliver end‑to‑end software development, UI/UX design, and IT staff augmentation, matching skilled professionals with high‑impact projects for leading banks, government, retail and more. At the employer you work on meaningful products within talented, collaborative teams. Role: Own the bank’s design system across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent, accessible, and scalable customer experience. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and improve the design system across digital channels; create reusable UI components, design patterns and guidelines for consistent experiences; define and manage design tokens such as typography, colors, spacing and iconography; ensure UI components meet accessibility, usability and responsive design standards on all screen sizes; collaborate with UX designers, developers and product teams to align components with implementation; maintain component libraries in Figma with clear documentation of usage, behavior and interaction states; establish governance processes for component contributions, reviews, approvals, versioning and retirement; audit digital products for inconsistencies and assist teams in adopting approved components; support design system adoption through training, onboarding and ongoing guidance; track component adoption, design consistency and efficiency gains; ensure design standards align with brand identity and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Arabic proficiency is mandatory
• strong in‑depth hands‑on experience building and maintaining design systems
• advanced Figma skills including component libraries, variants and design tokens
• solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), usability principles and responsive design
• experience working closely with developers to turn designs into scalable, production‑ready components
• experience documenting and governing design standards across multiple products or teams
• banking or financial services experience is a plus
• able to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
