Job description

As the Head of Transport and Mobility Planning, you will play a vital role in our Transport Planning and Mobility department, leading and managing a team of transport planners and mobility designers. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative and sustainable transport solutions for our clients in the Riyadh region. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of transport projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. You will conduct comprehensive transport studies, analyses, and assessments to inform project planning and decision-making

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years of experience in transport planning, mobility design, and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in transport planning software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and transport modeling software. A deep understanding of transport planning principles, mobility design concepts, and sustainable transport solutions. Experience in working with government authorities and stakeholders in the Riyadh region is highly advantageous. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the region as required for project work.
