About the role the employer is looking for a vocational trainer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing theoretical and practical training plans in the field of specialization, while monitoring trainees' performance and evaluating their achievement. Main responsibilities: Prepare plans for theoretical teaching and practical training in the field of specialization. Follow up on the preparation and operation of practical training laboratories or workshops. Teaching theoretical material and training in practical and applied aspects. Evaluating students’ performance and academic achievement. Preparing and archiving documents and reports related to students’ performance, achievement, and progress. Detailed tasks: Study and analyze vocational science curricula and vocational training and determine educational objectives. Preparing lists of laboratory or workshop supplies, including quantities and specifications, and installing and operating equipment. Design, select and use effective educational techniques and teaching methods for theoretical subjects. Implementing and managing theoretical lessons and designing tests to measure student achievement. Preparing, implementing and managing lesson plans and practical and field applications for students. Designing practical tests and measuring students’ performance. Developing teaching methods, measurement and evaluation tools, and keeping pace with scientific and technical development in the field of specialization. Preparing and storing reports and documents related to students’ performance and academic achievement in the database. Qualifications and Experience: Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the field of vocational training or a related field. The ability to prepare and develop theoretical and practical training plans. Excellent teaching and assessment skills. Work Environment This position is full-time and based in Jeddah, Mecca Karma, within a supportive work environment aimed at developing professional competencies.
