Who's Special We are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to support our recruitment efforts and attract top talent across the entire organization. Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate search to onboarding. Screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Posting empty jobs and searching for candidates through various recruitment channels. Maintain recruitment reports and ensure a positive candidate experience. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience recruiting or attracting talent
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Management and Organization
