They analyze different types of information and make connections between them for decision-making purposes. They serve as a communication link with the Board of Directors to prepare reports on the overall strategy and its implementation. • Participate in setting the general strategy and achieving it by setting goals, policies, initiatives and operational plans for the affiliated organizational units. • Providing recommendations to senior management regarding the needs of affiliated organizational units for financial and human resources and administrative requirements necessary to carry out all work and activities. • Issuing administrative, organizational and technical instructions, circulars and decisions related to managing the operations of affiliated organizational units with the aim of achieving the established plans, programs and objectives. • General supervision of the performance of employees of affiliated organizational units and following up on human resources programs aimed at evaluating their performance, developing, motivating and encouraging them. • Supervising the level of services provided in its organizational units in terms of quality, accuracy, effectiveness, professionalism, and making appropriate decisions
