Job description

The designer is responsible for project management, organization, and technical supervision. Prepare operational programs and work plans, discuss technical reports, and supervise workflow. Draft correspondence, letters, reports, and presentations. Organize and securely store documents, coordinate schedules and meetings, and manage email communications. Arrange travel and accommodation bookings, prepare periodic reports and analyze data. Track contracts and agreements, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and government entities. Maintain confidentiality of company information and perform additional tasks assigned by the executive manager or senior management
