Operations Supervisor

Job description

Direct supervision of workflow in projects ensuring execution according to contracts and operational plans. Manage and monitor field teams ensuring compliance with procedures and instructions. Continuous coordination with the client to address feedback and improve service quality. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance and operational reports. Monitor attendance, leave and organize workforce requirements on site. Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health requirements and company policies. Track equipment and assets to ensure readiness for use. Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions in coordination with management. Achieve operational KPIs and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• at least 3 years experience supervising operations and maintenance projects
• strong leadership and management skills with ability to lead teams
• proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation
• excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• ability to work field‑based and travel between project sites
