• Supervising the daily operations of the company's branches and improving their efficiency
• Follow up on branch performance and prepare and implement improvement plans
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, operating and service standards
• Leading area supervisors and branch managers and supporting work teams
• Coordination with sales, human resources, finance and logistics departments
• Improving customer experience and maintaining quality of service
• Managing the opening of new branches, operational projects and expansion plans
• Preparing operational reports and performance indicators and submitting them to management
