Requirements

• They carry out the daily care and management of the animals, in cooperation with colleagues, and the long-term management and organization of species and exhibitions in their department
• They are also responsible for various aspects of staff management for the guards in their department
• Depending on the size of the zoo and animal department, they may have additional responsibility for staffing and budgeting
• Managing and leading the zoo keepers team
• Supervising the daily care and management of animals in the department
• Organizing long-term genres and exhibitions
• Managing the affairs of the department’s employees and distributing tasks among them
